The Director of Law and his assistants shall maintain their offices in the building provided for municipal offices. The Director of Law shall perform all the duties required of him by the Charter of the City, and his assistants shall perform such part of such duties as may be assigned to them from time to time by the Director of Law. The Director of Law shall assign one or more assistants to act as prosecutors in the Municipal Court.
