109.03. Appointive officers.

The Mayor shall, within the time specified in Section 109.02, designate for appointive officers the Director of Law, Director of Finance, Director of Public Service, Director of Public Safety and Director of Natural Resources, three emergency interim successors to these officers and specify their rank in order of succession.
