(a) The fee for public records of the City shall be five cents (.05) per page for black and white 8-1/2 x 11 size copies and ten cents (.10) per page for colored 8-1/2 x 11 size copies.
(b) The fee for public records of the City on compact disk shall be one dollar ($1.00) per disk.
(c) All emailed documents will be at no cost.
(d) In the event that a specific fee is otherwise established for a specific public record by the Ohio Revised Code, the specific fee for such public record shall be charged for copies thereof.
(e) The fees established herein shall supersede and replace all existing fees for public records charged by any agency, department or division of the City except that this chapter shall not apply to or supersede fees established by prior ordinance or administrative policy relating to certified copies of public records.
