183.06. Donations and gifts.

The Municipal Golf Preservation and Engagement Commission is hereby authorized to accept donations and gifts for the express purpose of defraying the costs incurred in its operations and duties. Any donations and gifts so received are to be deposited in the Golf Course Improvement Fund Account Code 2005-60300- 5C13803STDSTD.
