112.07. Human Relations Commission.

Should the Human Relations Commission be unable, for any reason, to perform the duties set forth in this Chapter, the Mayor shall designate a person from the ranks of the City's unclassified/ exempt employees to assume the duties as designee of the Commission until such time as the duties may be assumed by the Human Relations Commission.
