962.03. Authorizing or allowing donation containers on real property prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person that owns, leases, or is entitled to possession of real property within the City of Toledo, to authorize or allow any donation container to be placed on or remain on such real property without complying with the provisions of this chapter.
