513.13. Counterfeit controlled substances.

(a) No person shall knowingly possess any counterfeit controlled substance.

(b) Whoever violates subsection (a) hereof is guilty of possession of counterfeit controlled substances, a misdemeanor of the first degree if the offender has not previously been convicted of a violation of this chapter or Ohio R.C. Chapter 2925.
