(a) Nothing in this Housing Code shall be interpreted to stay the enforcement of any legally issued order that was issued prior to the effective date of this Housing Code. However, compliance with such order shall be under standards set forth in this Housing Code.
(b) Nothing in this Housing Code shall be interpreted as preventing the issuance of orders where an emergency exists at any time after the date of passage of this Housing Code.
