The Regional Water Advisory Board shall consist of a minimum of ten (10) members from: Fulton County, Lucas County, City of Maumee, Monroe County, Michigan, Northwestern Water and Sewer District, City of Perrysburg, City of Sylvania, City of Waterville, Village of Whitehouse, and the City of Toledo.
Each member community shall select its own representative, preferably the most qualified candidate in water utility concerns, and an alternate representative for terms to be determined by each member organization.
