913.10. Collection of inspection fees for Sub-space Occupancy Permit.
   (a)   For the purpose of paying the cost of making the inspections for which provision is made in this chapter, and for the purpose of defraying the cost of enforcing the provisions hereof, an annual inspection fee for Sub-space Occupancy Permits shall be charged and collected by the Commissioner from each Owner. Such annual inspection fee shall be based on the size of the sub-space and shall become due and payable on invoice. Such annual inspection fee shall be as determined by the Director.
   (b)   In computing the annual inspection fee for the Sub-space Occupancy Permit where such sub-space consists of two (2) or more separate units of sub-space, the total length of such units of sub-space shall be the basis on which the inspection fees are computed.
   (c)   Should the annual fee required by this section not be paid within thirty (30) days of invoice, the Commissioner may, among other available remedies, collect the same from the Owner at the time of the first inspection which is made of such sub-space during that particular year.
