2121.33 Probationary Period
   Newly hired employees shall have no seniority during their probationary period, but upon completion of the probationary period their seniority date shall be the date of hire. Employees in classifications included in Section 2121.02 (Classifications) except temporary labor pool employees, shall be probationary employees for a period of ninety (90) work days or seven hundred twenty (720) hours worked. A probationary employee shall not receive any fringe benefits during the first ninety (90) work days or seven hundred twenty (720) hours worked of the probationary period.
   If an employee is injured during probation, the hours that the employee is off work injured will not count as time served in probation.
