Sewer Meters and appurtenances or infrastructure attached or related thereto shall not be tampered with. If the Department finds that a meter seal(s) has been broken or there is evidence that a meter or totalizer has been tampered with, the sewage usage shall be calculated from the last known calibration date, based upon 100% of the incoming water to the Premises, which is exclusive of any other remedies available to the City. Should the seal(s) need to be removed for any reason, the Division of Water Reclamation must be notified.
