The metering method used must meet the approval of the Director. Water meters of appropriate size are available for purchase from the Division of Utilities Administration, 420 Madison Avenue, Suite 100, Toledo, Ohio 43604. Water meters not obtained from the Division of Utilities Administration must be approved by the Director. Sewer meters are to be purchased from an approved private supplier.
