All of Local No. 2058's Officers, Divisional Representatives and Departmental Representatives shall have top seniority during their term of office in that order regardless of length of continuous service for the purpose of layoff and recall. The only exception to this section in where there is more than one representative in a Division or Unit and there are different zones; the representatives shall exercise their seniority so that all zones will be covered.
