781.10. Issuance of new rate card.

Whenever a new schedule of rates becomes effective for taxicabs or whenever a taxicab permit is transferred from owner to owner, or from vehicle to vehicle or whenever any of the information on the rate card becomes incorrect, the owner shall promptly replace the rate card with a new or corrected rate card.
