779.13. Records to be kept sixty days.

Such records shall be kept for a period of sixty (60) days. Any owner or driver of a taxicab or motor vehicle for hire/limousine who fails to keep a record as aforesaid or who falsifies the record shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this chapter and subject to the penalty hereinafter provided.
