779.12. Record of trips made.

Such owner or person in charge shall also keep a record of the trips made, giving the time of departures from starting point, and arrival at the destination, garage or headquarters of each taxicab or motor vehicle for hire/limousine. Such records shall be subject to inspection at all times by the Police Division and by the Director.
