779.10. Advertising and signs on public vehicles.
   The display of general advertising material is permitted on taxicabs and motor vehicles for hire/limousines as follows:
   (a)   Semi-transparent film or wrap is permitted on the rear-seat side windows or the vehicle's rear window.
   (b)   Opaque lettering/design is permitted on the top of the front windshield or the top or bottom (but not both) of the rear window if it does not extend more than four (4) inches from the respective edge of the window glass.
   (c)   No lettering or design shall obstruct any safety equipment including the rear-window-mounted brake light.
   (d)   A roof-mounted sign with a maximum height of eighteen (18) inches, including bracket, is permitted.
   (e)   Advertising material may be displayed on the body panels of the vehicle with the prior approval of the Board of Review.
   The Board of Review shall retain final authority for approval or disapproval of any advertising material.
