779.07. Smoking prohibited.

(a) Smoking is prohibited in all taxicabs and motor vehicles for hire/limousines at all times, including when the vehicle is not in service.

(b) Signage to this effect shall be prominently displayed in each taxicab and motor vehicle for hire/limousine.
