775.10. Identification card.

At the time of the issuance of a license, the Officer shall also issue an identification card upon which shall be affixed one of the photographs filed with the Director. The identification card shall be carried at all times by the licensee when he is driving a taxicab or motor vehicle for hire/limousine.
