775.09. Lost badge.

In case of the loss of a badge, the driver may file with the Director a sworn statement containing the facts of such loss. The Director shall thereupon notify the Officer who shall deliver a new badge to the driver upon payment of five dollars ($5.00) for each replacement thereof.
