775.05. Public vehicle operator's license fee.

Every driver of a public vehicle shall pay to the Division of Taxation & Treasury a license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year for an original license and a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year for each renewal.
