773.07. When body numbers not assigned.

Upon application, the Officer may issue a permit for a motor vehicle for hire/limousine without assigning a body number when it is shown that the vehicle for which the permit is desired is being used for livery purposes as a motor vehicle for hire/limousine rather than as a taxicab.
