769.02. Director and Officer to furnish blanks.

The Director and/or the Officer shall furnish all printing matter, blanks and forms that are necessary under the wording of this Title Three. Said forms to be made available at the City of Toledo Central Permit Center and/or the Division of Taxation & Treasury.
