930.20. Charges and fees.

(a) Each Industrial User subject to Discharge Orders shall pay a fee to the Division of Environmental Services as referenced in Appendix A upon issuance for the preparation of the Discharge Orders.

(b) Each Industrial User shall pay a fee to the Division of Environmental Services as referenced in Appendix A for any revision of the User's headworks loading allocation. A maximum of one (1) revision per year is allowed unless otherwise deemed necessary by the Control Authority.
