2134.56. Substantial Compliance with Court Ordered Child Support Requirement.
   As a requirement for employment with the Court, any applicant offered conditional employment shall provide certification from the appropriate authority that said applicant is in substantial compliance with any court-ordered child support. "Substantial compliance" means the individual is current regarding court- ordered child support obligations or has entered into a current and dated agreement plan with the appropriate authority to satisfy any delinquency and assure future payments prior to commencing employment.
