(a) All employees will be notified of all promotional opportunities within a division by an announcement from the Court Administrator. Employees promoted will go to full rate immediately.
(b) Promotion will be based on job related factors: knowledge, skills, abilities, experience and competency needed. Length of service may be considered, but will not be the sole determinant in deciding who will be promoted.
