2134.06. Pledge Against Discrimination and Coercion.
   (a)   The provisions herein shall be applied equally to all employees without discrimination as to age (40 and above), sex, marital status, race, color, creed, disability, national origin, sexual orientation or political affiliation.
   (b)   Particularly it is the expressed intent that this Title shall not be interpreted in such a manner as to cause or constitute a violation of any law, specifically including Title VII of PL-88-352, as amended, known as the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1964, and the Civil Rights Act of 1991, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act, provided, however, that any remedy for violation of such acts shall be as set forth in the Act.
   (c)   All references to employee(s) in this Title designate both sexes.
