2129.53 Holiday Premium

Employees who work on the eight (8) major holidays shall be compensated twelve (12) hours at their regular straight time rate for having worked on those days. The eight (8) major holidays for which such additional compensation shall be paid are: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
