A regular full time employee of the City shall be given bonus days provided the employee has earned sick pay benefits in the previous year, in accordance with the Bonus Day Table set forth.

All employees shall have the option of selling one (1) Bonus Day with their seven (7) paid holidays and be paid ten (10) hours of pay for that one (l) Bonus Day. The hours shall be payable at the rate of pay the employee earns for his/her vacation period.
