2123.65 Labor Management Committee.

   Both parties agree to form a labor management committee within sixty (60) workdays of the signing of this agreement. This committee will review possible problem areas and recommend changes to allow for a good working relationship between both parties as well as an efficient operation of the Department of Health and Environment.

   The Committee will consist of three representatives from management and three representatives from the Union. Each party will be allowed a maximum of two topics for discussion per meeting, with the topics to be presented in writing at least five (5) calendar days before the meeting.

   The Committee will act in an advisory capacity and will not have the authority to impact upon the terms and conditions of this agreement.

2123.66 Termination.

   This Chapter of the Code shall be effective July 1, 1997, and shall remain in full force through June 30, 1999, until terminated, amended, or repealed pursuant to Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code.
