Skilled trade employees who are required by the City to furnish the tools necessary for their jobs shall be paid a yearly tool allowance of five hundred dollars ($500.00). This payment shall be made in July of each year.
The City and Union must agree upon positions to be covered by the allowance. Employees who are covered shall be responsible for all breakage, theft, and loss of their tools.
