The incorporation of sections of the Ohio Administrative Code into this chapter of the Toledo Municipal Code is subject to the following amendments:
(a) References to the "Ohio Environmental Protection Agency" have been changed to the "Toledo Pollution Control Division";
(b) References to the "Director of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency" have been changed to the "Commissioner of the Toledo Pollution Control Division";
(c) References to industries not found within the jurisdiction of the Toledo Pollution Control Division should be considered deleted;
(d) References to areas outside the jurisdiction of the Toledo Pollution Control Division should be considered deleted;
(e) References to other sections of the Ohio Administrative Code should be considered to be references to the corresponding sections of the Toledo Municipal Code.
(f) O.A.C. 3745-73-04 Delete subsection (B) and add the following subsections (B) and (C):
"(B) The "modified titrator system" as described by "ITT Barton Manual Number 504" with subsequent revisions.
(C) Any method determined by the Commissioner to be equivalent to paragraphs (A) or (B) of this section."
