A complete copy of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 3745-21 - Emissions of Organic Compounds and Carbon Monoxide is on file with the Clerk of Council for inspection by the public and in the County Law Library. The Clerk of Council also has copies available for distribution to the public at cost.
