1775.18 Prohibitions, Penalty.

(a) No owner or operator shall:

(1) Fail to provide notification to the Division of Environmental Services as required by Section 1775.16.

(2) Fail to obey any order issued by the Manager of the Division of Environmental Services pursuant to Section 1775.16 or 1775.17.

(3) Reuse or continue to use a Red Tagged UST in violation of Section 1775.17.

(4) Remove a Red Tag from a UST without the consent of the Division of Environmental Services.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be subject to the penalties provided for in Section 1775.99.
