1771.03. Central laboratory.

The Pollution Control Division shall create and be responsible for the operation of a central laboratory facility. This central laboratory shall improve Citywide analytical services by eliminating equipment duplication, better utilizing laboratory personnel, increasing quality control and expanding the City's analytical capabilities.
