The owner of any residential dwelling unit(s) within the City of Toledo, who has been issued orders under Toledo Municipal Health and/or Housing Code shall apply for and obtain a Certificate of Property Code Compliance (CPCC), pursuant to this section, prior to renting or conveying an interest in the dwelling unit(s) within thirty (30) days of failing to comply with orders issued.
