(a) Every dwelling or dwelling unit including all habitable rooms, bathrooms and water closet compartments, shall be heated to a minimum temperature of 68° F. or any other maximum temperature, requested or required by Federal, State or local governments when the outside air temperature is O° F. should a sufficient source of energy be available for compliance with this chapter. The temperature shall be measured three feet above the floor, midway between the heat source and the farthest wall of the room.
(b) An electrically fused cut-off switch shall be provided on all blower motors.
(c) A noncombustible base shall be provided for all solid fuel (coal) heaters and/or space heaters.
