1749.08. Exceptions.

A plumbing system the design of which conformed to the code in effect at the time of installation and which has not caused a health hazard, shall be acceptable without requiring a design change to conform to venting requirements now in effect, and any violation that is hazardous to health or safety shall be corrected to conform to the code in effect at the time of installation.
