1749.04. Waste lines.

The waste line of every water-using fixture shall:

(a) Be trapped and vented.

(b) Drain freely without obstruction or leaks.

(c) All waste and vent piping shall be properly supported or hung using proper material for support and shall be accomplished in a good workman-like manner.
