1749.02. Design of system.
   (a)   All plumbing shall be so designed as to prevent contamination of the water supply through back flow, back siphonages and any other method of contamination. All plumbing shall be so designed that:
      (1)   No potable water supply line or plumbing fixture is directly connected to a nonpotable water supply.
      (2)   There is no possibility of a cross connection between a potable and a nonpotable water supply.
      (3)   No inlet shall be submerged unless installed with a vacuum breaker of an approved type.
