1705.03. General quarantine.

The Commissioner of Health is hereby authorized to declare a general quarantine upon all dogs or other animals within the limits of the City, when, in the opinion of such Commissioner of Health, the presence of any infectious diseases among such dogs or other animals endangers the public health and welfare.
