1361.01. General regulations.
   (a)   Except as otherwise regulated in this Part Thirteen–Building Code, no part of any building, structure, addition, alteration or construction hereafter erected shall project beyond a property line.
   (b)   Structures, appendages or architectural ornamentations projecting beyond a property line as regulated and permitted by this Part Thirteen–Building Code shall be constructed of materials as regulated herein. The projection of any structure, appendage or ornamentation shall be of the distance measured horizontally from the property line to the outermost point of such structure, appendage or ornamentation.
   (c)   Permits and permit fees for permissible projections shall be as regulated in Chapters 1305 and 1307.
