Accessibility to buildings and facilities constructed, remodeled, or rehabilitated in accordance with the Ohio Building Code shall conform to standards and rules for access to and use of buildings and facilities by persons with disabilities as adopted by the State of Ohio Board of Building Standards pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 3781.111.
