1309.01. Definitions.

   For purposes of this chapter, certain words are defined as follows:

   (a)   "Occupancy" means the act of taking and holding possession of a specific piece of property for a use which conforms to the zoning of such parcel.

   (b)   "Change of occupancy" means the taking and holding of possession of a specific piece of property for a use different from the use previously approved for that specific property.
