The Director of the Department of Economic and Community Development shall prepare annually a budget covering the administrative costs of his office in connection with urban renewal. This budget shall contain also a recapitulation of the expenditures anticipated by other City agencies in furtherance of the program.
In addition, the Director of the Department of Economic and Community Development shall prepare annually for each approved renewal project a budget showing both the anticipated capital outlay necessary during the budget period and any anticipated receipts from land sales or Federal grants.
