1201.04 Agency for Community Development Program.

The City of Toledo is hereby designated as the local public agency for the Community Development Program and renewal activities. The Mayor shall be responsible for administering the activities provided for in this chapter through the Director of the Department of Economic and Community Development as hereinafter provided for, subject to Charter restrictions.
