The CS, Storefront Commercial zoning district is intended to accommodate pedestrian-oriented, neighborhood-serving retail and service uses along streets that have historically had a storefront commercial character. The district is intended to foster new development that is compatible with this established character. The -PO Pedestrian-Oriented Overlay District, Sec. 1103.0600, complements this core district by adding urban design standards.
