965.29. Authorization for use.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to permit use of City-owned property for maritime purposes. Such use shall be subject to such rules and regulations as may be promulgated by the Commissioner of Streets, Bridges and Harbor, and such property shall be used without expense to the City.
