961.04. Merchandise.

No person shall sell, keep or offer for sale any nonfood items which may be harmful to the public health, safety and property or sell, keep or offer for sale any items which may be in violation of any local, State or Federal laws and regulations.

All rules and regulations and permits necessary for the sale or offer for sale or trading of nonfood items are to be adhered to.
